We also collect basic technical data automatically — device type, browser, pages visited and general location — to maintain and improve the website.
Your data is used exclusively to deliver the services you request: counselling, application preparation, communication with embassies, universities or employers, and invoicing.
We may send you relevant updates about your application or services. Marketing messages are only sent with your consent and can be withdrawn at any time.
We share your data only with parties necessary for your application: the destination embassy or immigration authority, your chosen university or employer, recognised translator or attestation bodies, and our trusted banking and courier partners.
We never sell personal data. Data is shared with partners under confidentiality and only to the extent required for the task.
Your files are stored on encrypted servers with access limited to the team working on your case. Documents older than six months after project completion are archived and later deleted, unless the law requires longer retention.
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
You have the right to access your data, correct inaccuracies, withdraw consent for marketing, and request deletion where legally possible. To exercise any of these rights, write to shozani.group@gmail.com with your full name and reference number.
